2. What is computer mouse?
- A computer mouse is an input device used to
operate the PC. It has two buttons(left mouse
button & right mouse button) and a small
wheel to scroll between pages .
They come in both wired and
wireless forms.
- Mouse comes in many shapes
and size.

3. Types of Mouse ( By Technology)
There are three types of mouse.
1. Mechanical mouse
2. Optical mouse
3. Wireless mouse

4. 1. Mechanical mouse :-
- The mouse that contains a metal or rubber ball . It’s under side when the
ball is rolled in any direction .
- Sensors inside the mouse detect this motion and move the on-screen
mouse pointer in the same direction.

5. 2. Optical mouse :-
-This type of a mouse uses the light instead of a ball under it.
-This light helps in the movement of the mouse pointer, on the
monitor screen. An optical mouse is faster than a mechanical mouse.

6. 3.Wireless mouse :-
- This type of mouse does not have a wire to be attached to the CPU box.
- It works same as a remote control of a television.
