We have divided our courses into four Levels:
Level 1 (Basic Course): This course is designed for new or basic Excel users. The course will cover all aspects of creating new
spreadsheets, including Excel calculations, printing, formatting and basic list management.
Getting started with Excel, Entering & Editing Excel Data, Data–Entry techniques, Working with Excel Ranges, Formatting Excel
Ranges, Building Formulas & Functions, Managing Excel Worksheets, Managing Excel Workbooks, Analysis Excel Data, Printing.
Level 2 (Intermediate Course): This Excel intermediate course will build on your basic Excel skills. It focuses on more functions and
formula and better Excel worksheet management, Data List Handling and working with names. We also cover protecting your sheets
and workbooks.
Formula Basics (Logical formulas, Vlookup & Hlookup, Counting & Summing functions), Conditional Formatting, Essential List
Management, Working with Tables, Data–Entry techniques, Managing Excel Worksheets & workbooks, Collaborating with other
people.
Level 3 (Advanced Course): This course is aimed at experienced Excel users who need to perform more complex functions, use
What-If tools , Pivot tables and charting, and who would like to start recording basic macros.
Lookup & Sumproduct functions (Vlookup, Index & Match, Offset, Sumproduct, Iferror functions)
Conditional Functions (Countif & Countifs, Average & Averageifs, Sumif & Sumifs, Iserror & Iferror)
Pivot Tables, General Analysis Tools (Scenarios, Goal Seek, Solver, Data Tables), Charts & Introduction to Macro.
Level 4 (Excel Formulas & Functions): We have developed our Excel Functions Formula's training course for users whom would
like to get to grips with performing calculations in Excel. The course will start from basic calculations and progress to creating
complex nested Functions and formulae in MS Excel. We cover all Excel Function categories. The Functions Formulae Excel Course
can also be tailored to your exact needs.
Course Duration: Each Level is of a 15 days course (one hour per day), Monday to Friday. A user can choose a single
level of more than one level as per his/her need.
We also provide a single day training schedule of 2 and 1/2 hours just at Rs. 299/- as per below:
Schedule 1: Conditional Formatting, List Management, Pivot Tables & Charts, Collaborating with other people. (10: 30 Am to 01:00 PM)
Schedule 2: Lookup & Sumproduct functions (Vlookup, Index & Match, Offset, Sumproduct, Iferror functions),
Conditional Functions (Countif & Countifs, Average & Averageifs, Sumif & Sumifs, Iserror & Iferror). (2:00 PM to 4:30 PM)
