New Asset Accounting with New Depreciation Engine and Block of Assets
for Indian Income Tax Reporting
The new Depreciation Engine is based on the new calculation procedure which
shifts from the Transaction based to Period interval oriented.
An option is available now to maintain the Depreciation terms on a time
dependant basis meaning the Depreciation terms can be changed during a
fiscal year.
Smoothing is no longer supported as System cumulates all Transactions
included
in a time period and determines the Depreciation
Enhanced reporting of Depreciation for Indian IT using Block of Assets
functionality with the help of features like Maintaining Asset Blocks and their
assignment to Assets, update of transaction details @ Block level towards
consolidation, IT Depreciation calculation report @each Asset block level for
Indian Income Tax and program for projection of depreciation value for each of
the Asset blocks
