Iconographs maintains Universal Autograph Collectors Club
(UACC) registration as an autograph dealer.
Membership as a UACC registered autograph dealer requires
adherence to the organization’s code of ethics. The rules stipulate
that all purchase contracts and agreements must be fulfilled in a
timely manner. Exceptions apply in special circumstances but
require the member to contact his or her buyer promptly to
communicate a change in delivery timeframe. To ensure all
transactions execute properly, contracts and agreements must offer
transparency of terms and conditions of a sale, which includes the
use of the “as-is” phrase for products not bearing authentic
autographs.

3. Universal Autograph Collectors Club
• UACC members must be able to supply a receipt
or invoice, upon request, of every transaction
completed. Documents must describe the item
purchased and its price as well as information
about the seller and buyer, terms, and other
pertinent information related to the sold item.
