In this Meetup I talked about the journey of creating the platform from scratch - challenges, design decisions, technology choices and more.
During the last 3 years the team has built Real Time Event Processing Platform which is currently running in production with thousands of new and migrated customers. It is built to handle hundreds of thousands requests per/sec with low latency response time (under 30 ms round trip)

Molti sportivi non sanno è che l’equilibrio acido-base è uno dei fattori più importanti per le prestazioni atletiche. Gli atleti nel macro-ciclo di fase di carico dell’allenamento sono duramente colpiti dall’acidosi tissutale, una condizione in cui il pH del corpo tende verso valori marcatamente acidi a causa dello stress dell’allenamento ma anche per via degli alimenti assunti per supportare la preparazione fisica.
Uno stato di acidosi diventa quindi causa e conseguenza delle ridotte capacità di recupero dell’atleta e non crea le condizioni per ottenere il massimo della forma fisica. Quando a questa situazione di over training (sovrallenamento) caratterizzata da un surplus di acido lattico, si combinano gli effetti acidificanti di alimenti ricchi di proteine animali (formaggi, carne e pesce etc) consumati dagli atleti con l’intento di ricostruire il muscolo si ottiene la tempesta perfetta di acidità.
