instruct the CDM Executive Board with regard to the distribution of CERs following
the issuance of CERs by the CDM Executive Board and (ii) that only Pig City Inc.
shall give any such instructions, which shall only be valid and binding when signed
by Cavite Pig City Inc.
This statement shall be valid until 31 Dec. 2015, unless a new Statement, signed
by each of the Project Participants undersigned, superseding this Statement, has
