Projects supervised while at CmsWillowbrook:
 Grady County Jail $22M – Superintendent 162 bed, facility with maximum security units
 Work Release Project, $1.1M – Project Manager/Superintendent
These two projects were extremely difficult projects, both in construction techniques and prison security
technologies
 $1.5M new Animal Shelter - Project Manager/Superintendent
 $1M Chickasha City Library re-model – Project Manager/Superintendent
 $2.2M Stephens County Fair Show Barn - Project Manager/Superintendent. The project had 2 Superintendents
resign during construction & the project was behind schedule and over budget. The project was way over
schedule time wise and the owners were very unhappy with progress. I was able to satisfy the owners and
complete the project.
 Estimating many other projects while working on these projects
Prior to working for CmsWillowbrook I worked in many states from California to Virginia as a Project Manager on
commercial and remodeling projects such as grocery stores, apartments, restaurants, Radio Shack, Taco Bells etc.
Responsible for completing all manner of budget to actual & progress reports.
