entire building envelope and structure. Perform inspections and certifications for
mortgage lenders necessary for loan financing documentation relating to roofs
and various building component analysis, and work in progress – stage draws.

sale, resales, government compliance, and construction in progress for
individuals and financial institutions. Scope of inspections included structural,
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, hazards, deferred maintenance and the entire
building envelope. Responsible for Florida territory, stretching from Vero Beach to
Jacksonville, including 25 full time inspectors. Management staffing, training,
business development, marketing, quality assurance, public relations. Also
performed WDO Inspections (Termite) in accordance to Florida State
regulations. Conducted proto type inspections for HUD utilizing hand held
computers for multi-family apartments with Section 8 financing, as well as high-

INSPECTOR - Statewide inspections for HUD Title I Rehab construction loans.
Responsible for evaluating conformance and compliance with loan
documentation, feasibility, and construction costs. During this time frame, also
performed sub-contracted inspections for McCurry, Inc., a company specializing
in inspection surveys for Insurance Carriers. The scope of inspection including
photo documentation, building measurement, assessing hazard and safety
conditions pertinent to the residential or commercial structure.

1989 to 1996
AREA MANAGER - Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Research, and
Review for Real Estate Appraisal firm specializing in Ad Valorem Tax Appeal for
commercial income producing properties. Generated over $750,000,000 in new
business listings. Property and site inspections for various types of commercial
properties through out the Central Florida area. Machinery and equipment
appraisals.
