Vincent Santini is seeking an ROTC scholarship from the College of Engineering at Texas Tech University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech and an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics from New Mexico Military Institute. His work experience includes lifeguarding and instructing swimming lessons. He is currently involved in Air Force ROTC and lists three references - his former Boy Scout leader, the Dean of Academics from NMMI, and an NMMI professor who was his mentor and Air Force advisor.

I. Purpose
The Rackspace Scholarship for BDPA Students is intended to provide financial assistance to an undergraduate or graduate student, rising sophomore or higher enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Computer Science or an IT related discipline.
