1. I have almost 8 years commercial experience as a designer and artworker gained from working both in-house and
agency roles. I have a varied skill set and have produced artwork for a wide range of printed and digital media. As
well as enjoying being able to tackle a creative brief I am able to work on high volumes of advertising production
under tight deadlines, understanding the importance of producing quality and accurate work in a fast turnaround. I
enjoy the challenges of a studio environment and I’m comfortable taking briefs or scamps and seeing them through
to the finish. I am always fully committed and thrive in a collaborative creative environment.
Freelance Designer – August 2016 - present
I am currently working for an events/beverage consultancy in Dubai. I design their
digital and printed media as well as animations for events when required.
Acting Studio Manager/Creative Services Manger – Table 19, London Jan 2016 -August 2016
Working closely with the accounts department I was responsible for organising the work
flow of a team of art directors, copy writers and designers as well as the running of the
studio and completion of all artwork. From planning out traffic and sourcing freelance
resource to advising on costings and timings it is my responsibility to ensure the
creative department is running smoothly and within budget. As well as being the sole
artworker, I also helped out with design when I was free. It was also my responsibility
to liaise with printers for artwork delivery and any other print requirements.
Senior Creative Artworker – Table 19, London Jan 2015 - Jan 2016
Working with the studio manager I was responsible for the artworking of printed and
digital artwork. Mainly working with email, digital banners and DM I ensured that all
creative was delivered correctly and on time adhering to style guides and detailed
specifications. Other duties included retouching, creation of animated GIF’s and other
digital assets as well as producing mock-ups and assisting with pitch documents.
Creative artworker and designer - Lidl UK, London - Feb 2011 - Dec- 2014
Working as part of a small team I was responsible for creating artwork for POS, press
ads, branding exercises, magazines and seasonal campaigns. My duties varied
from design, artworking, illustration, research and working closely with in-house
photographers and food stylists. As a key member of the creative projects team I was
involved in all stages of the design process. Working closely with an art director and
senior designer I produced artwork for national publications and in-store graphics.
Creative Artworker - Marketforce Advertising, Perth, Australia 2008 - 2009
Marketforce is an award winning creative agency where I worked as an Artworker for
leading Australian companies and brands across a range of media. I started on a
casual freelance basis which led to regular freelance work. I succeeded in becoming
a dedicated and valued member of a small studio in a high pressure environment with
a fast paced workflow.
