Rhydian Williams apprenticed from 2006-2009 and formed Rosecastle Joinery in 2010, where he also taught joinery until 2013. He achieved numerous accolades, including student of the year at Pembrokeshire College and several SkillBuild competition wins, while also being involved in coaching and judging later competitions. Williams seeks collaborations with building companies, architects, surveyors, and home renovators.
