• Born May 13, 1964
• Played many sports in High School, but excelled at
football.
• Played college football for Grambling State.
• Graduated College with a degree in accounting.
• Moved to Texas to find better job opportunities.
• Couldn’t find a job as an accountant, so became a Police
Officer.
• Found Metroflex gym after being introduced by a fellow
officer.
3. BEGINNING OF
BODYBUILDING CAREER
• Within a year of training, Ronnie grew from 215lbs to
230lbs. He could squat over 500lbs, deadlift over 700lbs,
and bench 500lbs.
• In 1990 won Mr. Texas amateur bodybuilding show after
training for only 4 months.
• Turned Professional in 1992.
4. PRO CAREER
• Holds record for most wins as an IFBB
pro with 26 wins.
• Won Mr. Olympia 8 straight times, from
1998-2005, which is tied for the record.
