Debbie – Many of you probably don’t know me, I have been in the oncology field on the business development side for the past six years, first at IMEDEX and then at PER. In November I joined Rockpointe as as Oncology Strategy Specialist to help them build their oncology business. Debbie - Who is Rockpointe? In an environment where the terms “stable” and “growing” are not normally used together Rockpointe is both stable, growing , privately owned financially sound. The two principals are activiely involved with the business, Tom Sullivan and Jay Katz both who have over 20+ years in medical education. Jay came from a long career at Mosby publishing and Tom is the founder of Rockpointe In addition we have our medical science liaison starting next week, she has a background in oncology both from the medical education provider side but started in the research arena. Charmaine - Rockpointe understands the value of collaboration and works to develop relationships with societies, government agencies, health care systems and other non profit organizations. Collaboration is at the heart of our business. That is exactly why I was brought on board with Rockpointe. Like yours
Charmaine - Continuing on the theme of collaboration, we collaborate with our thought leaders on content and needs, we listen to our learners, we work with our supporters, we integrate learning style and format preference into our educational designs. And we pride ourselves on stellar execution. Debbie – Today it is not enough to design a great activity, get it funded, execute well but you must also be timely, produce quality outcomes, excellent follow up and exceptional budget management. Rockpointe does that.
