Health of the River

By: Zach, Bailey,
  and Andrew
Ph level
We did three test and got 11,
8, and 9. water with a higher
ph level than 7 is considered
basic. If it’s higher than 9.5 it
may not be able to have
     animal or plant life.
Turbidity
You can see the
bottom because
  it is shallow.
Total Solids
Total solids affects the clarity
and quality of the water. A
High level will make it dirty
and not clear and we got a 11
  mg/liter which is high and
       the water is dirty.
Nitrates
 Nitrates are needed by
animals and plants in the
  river to build protein.
 We got a 4.84 mg/liter
    and that is normal.
With all the test we did
we found that there are
some good things and
   some bad but the
 overall health of the
river is pretty normal.
