This document outlines several risks from recreational activities and recommends prevention measures. It identifies risks such as injury from jumping with a guitar, being hit by a baseball bat hitting a water balloon, collisions during a band playing in a small room, and eye injuries from water balloons. The prevention measures include keeping a safe distance from others, facing away from balloons, maintaining space between musical instruments, and closing eyes when hit with a water balloon.
