Tripping over Lots of wires on the floor as they had
to be led to many cameras around
the hall.
Tape all wires to the floor to reduce
the risk of tripping over.
Use bright coloured tape to grab the
person’s attention to the danger.

Fire hazard Electrical fire from the equipment
overheating
Make sure all equipment is set up
properly and lights are only being
used when they are needed.

Medical conditions Health conditions such as asthma or
diabetes ect.
Ensure that they are carrying the
correct medication and that they
know how to use it correctly.

Falling off the tiered seating The seating goes up quite high and if
people are not careful they may fall
off it.
Make people aware of how low the
barriers are and make sure people do
not mess around on them.
