2. Probability Consequence Risk
1) Remote – Zero chance of the event
happening.
1) Negliable – No injuries or damage
caused to the set & equipment.
High – 12 or higher.
2) Unlikely – Could happen but may be
infrequent.
2) Minor – Minor injuries like cuts or
bruises and minor damage caused to
the set & equipment.
Medium – 7 – 11
3) Possible – Event could occur at a
point during filming.
3) Serious – Serious damage caused
and serious damage caused to the set
& equipment.
Low – 6 or Less.
4) Probable – Event is expected but
may happen less frequently.
4) Major – Major injury (going to the
hospital.)
5) Almost Certain – Event is bound to
happen.
5) Disaster – Fatal accident or injury
and catastrophic damage caused the to
set & equipment.
