The hazard that may occur

Injuries/ damage that may
occur from a result of this

Number of people that
could be at risk

The measures that could
be made to prevent this
from happening

How likely it will occur
when we film. (Possible/
might/Not likely)

Slip over

The actors may slip and hurt
themselves and will restrict
them from doing the filming

The 2 actors

M

The camera getting wet from
rain

Loss of data in the
camera/also it may damage
and break the camera
Serious injury could occur

Camera man/camera

The actor could wear more
suitable footwear, for
example walking boots or
griped shoes.
Take an umbrella to cover the
camera to prevent water
damage
Check the area where we film
before for a safe area to
prevent this from happening
To prevent this, thick clothing
and gloves can be worn which
will stop the brambles from
cutting the skin
Make sure that the area
around where he is tackled
would be clear to prevent
injury of actor
Make sure that the tree is
safe/ wear gripped shoes to
prevent slipping

A tree may blow over in the
wind

everyone

Could get cut by brambles etc. Cuts on arms and hands
maybe deep and bleed
heavily

Mainly the actors

Twigs/ sharp object may dig
into the actor that is tackled
to the ground

Pierce the skin and could
cause pain/bruising

1 actor

When the cameraman is sat
on a tree to do the arial shot
he may fall

This may produce heavy
bruising on the body and
maybe broken bones
