2. Rishikesh Camping Package
Time Duration: 1 Night/2 Days
Day 01: Arrive Rishikesh:-
Morning/Afternoon arrive at Camping site. Welcome drink (hot/cold) nonalcoholic, on arrival. Check in.
Lunch at camping site.
Evening tea with cookies at camping site. After darkness enjoy campfire with veg. Snacks. Dinner and overnight
at Campsite.

3. Day 02: Jungle Trekking, & Departure: -
Morning wake up calls at camping site. If someone interested in trekking then he/she can go for Jungle trekking
with our expert guide, Have hot tea with cookies. Breakfast will ready at 8:30 am. Enjoy Indoor or outdoor

6. Bungee Jumping:-
The Bungee has been designed by David Allard ice of New Zealand. Jump Masters flown in from New Zealand
to operate the Bungy. After the Jump, the Jumpers are lowered down to a drop zone in the river which has only
2 ft of water. Walk up to the cafeteria and enjoy watching your photographs & video of the jump.
You can buy your photographs, DVD and get your T Shirts printed with your photographs of the Jump. Don’t
forget to collect your Dare to Jump Certificate.

7. For Bookings: -Please Note: Kindly carry photocopy of your valid photo identification card with you.
Payment and Bookings Terms
 All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received. The 50% advance
payment is to be disbursed within 1 day (24 Hrs Cut-off) of making a reservation.
 Balance Payment of 50% should be remitted 2 Days prior to arrival.
 If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands cancelled.
 Family groups– Full and final payment on booking for confirmation of the trip.
Note: -
· All packages are all inclusive (Lunch on day 01 to Breakfast on last day)
· Check in time is 12.00 Noon on Day 1
· Check out time on the last day is 10.00 AM. Guests are requested to vacate the tents at the checkout time
but can use camp facilities till 12 Noon
· There will be extra charge in case the guests check in/ check out at any other time.
· In case of a rafting trip on the day of arrival, the guests are advised to reach camp latest by 11.30 AM. The
last rafting session for the day will start at 1.30 PM. The days rafting trip will be cancelled if the arrival is later
than 1.00 pm.
· We regret we cannot compensate where performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any
incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or
avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural
disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme
weather conditions and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.
· The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid
will be adjusted against future trips.
· Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for trips due to
heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy or mental illness are advised not to
participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the clients' personal
property and medical expenses. Activities with the greater risk such as White-water rafting and
Mountaineering should be covered.
· It is MANDATORY for all guests to fill up a MEDICAL & LIABILITY WAIVER FORM before participating in the
adventure activities. Guests will be charged Single Tent Supplement in case they request for single tent.
· There is no room service at the camp

8. Cancellation:
Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Camp Majestic reserves
the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable). If
the cancellation is made: -
· 2 weeks in advance 25% Cancellation charge
· 1 week in advance 50% Cancellation charge
· Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge
NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS
TRAVEL INFORMATION
INSURANCE: All tourists are advised to protect themselves by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents,
health, emergency evacuation including air evacuation, helicopter rescue and loss of or damage to baggage and
personal effects.
MEDICAL:

Carry your stuff in a duffel bag, soft shoulder bag or a rucksack. Avoid suitcases, trolleys or any other hard
luggage. Also carry a small knapsack to carry your personal items like cameras, water bottles, etc. while walking
during the day. Each person should carry a maximum of 15 kilograms of luggage on the rafting trip.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: -
Guests must be aware that during the course of the trip certain risks may occur, including but not limited to
hazards of traveling on a mountain bicycle, white water raft, kayak, climbing a rock or other adventure
activities. It may also involve accident or illness in remote places without facilities and caused by the forces of
nature. The participant agrees to assume all risks associated with the trip and agrees that no liability will be
attached to the company or its outfitter, employees or agent, or to any member of the tour group. Camp
Majestic accepts no liability in respect of illness, personal injury or death or any loss/damage to the property of
participant during the course of the trip, however caused.

10. · All medical conditions and concerns need to be intimated as per the medical concerns form before
commencement of any adventure activity.
· Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at least 6 hours prior to commencement of any adventure
activities.
· Non-swimmers are permitted but may be restricted to certain sections of the river on the advice of the
river guide/trip leader.
· Persons suffering from weak heart conditions, epilepsy, expecting mothers or those with any serious
ailment are not permitted to go rafting.
· The lower age limit is 14 years for rafting which can be relaxed to 10 years for the easy float trips
· Guests are advised not to carry any valuables/ expensive items, the camp will not be responsible for any
such loss or damage.
· Rafting on the Ganga River are subject to water conditions of the rivers.
· All guests are requested to support our cause for the environment by adhering to ECO-LOGICAL code of
conduct.
