PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
 Working as a Scaffolding Co-ordinator in BINZAGR CO. Ltd, Since 2.April,2013.
Brief idea about BINZAGR CO. Ltd.
Binzagr Factory for Insulation Materials Co.Ltd ( BFIM ) has started it’s operation in
1981.Initially it is started supply of insulation and fire proof boxes to Sabic for few years.
In 1984 started as a insulation and scaffolding work as a contractor. In 1995 it is secured
Aramco approval to work with Saudi government. Presently around 2500-employees
(Scaffolder Division -1000nos,Insulation Division-1300nos and Refractory Division-
200nos) are employed in different trades..
Duties and Responsibilities :-
 Responsible for progressive invoice preparation of scaffolding projects monthly wise.
 Follow up with client for prompt payment of invoices and analyze pending bills and resolve
issues with clients if required.
 Estimation of upcoming invoice value of the existing projects due to additional scope of
scaffolding works and provide this information to client to revise the P.O (Purchase Order).
 To review the P.O that is placed by client to confirm all terms and conditions are in line
with our quote and take necessary actions for revision if required.
 Preparation of reports like Manpower (Scaffolders) and materials planning (scaffolding
materials in terms of value) for next one year based on present scaffolding projects enquiry
and update it on monthly basis and report to V.P of scaffolding Division.
 Analyze and monitor of daily progressive report of various projects and record it in Oracle
to ensure progress of project within assigned budgeted cost .
 Familiar for preparation of purchase request related to scaffolding projects through oracle
and arrange to issuance of P.O .
 To support preparation of budget for Scaffolding Division in yearly basis.
 Generate monthly cost sheet of projects through ERP software and compare with revenue to
know the profitability.
 Preparation of expected billing of invoice every month in order to book profit of projects.
 Maintain and record keeping of all supporting documents related to projects.
 Assignment of resources like Manpower/Vehicle to sites based on project requirements.
 To support Mobilization/Demobiliztion of Manpower/Materials based on projects demand.
 Familiar documentation procedure of clients in Saudi Arabia in order to start the projects
and obtain project IDs of manpower/Vehicle.
 Working in coordination with the project managers/Client to complete the projects – Served
as a point of contact from project initiation to completion.
 Coordinate all relevant internal departments like Human Resource, Logistic, Finance and
Materials to ensure smooth flow of projects and to ensure that all commitments are met in
accordance to the client requirement.
 Working as a Assistant Accountant at BRD SECURITIES LTD Chalakudy for the
period of 25-Mar-2012 to 3-Mar-2013.
Brief idea about BRD SECURITIES LTD
It is a financial company and mainly focused on two or three wheel loans ,accepting fixed deposits
and providing gold loans. It is registered and working under NBFC act1956.
Duties and Responsibilities :-
 Maintaining and recording day to day transactions related to Hire purchase ,deposits and
gold loans by using FOX PRO software .
 Maintain and recording daily cash flow statement and tally with ledger.
 Preparation and proper recording of various ledger accounts on monthly basis.
 Maintain and manage accounts payable and account receivable records.
 Issuance of cheque and maintain record against loans.
 Verify bank deposits and bank payments and reconcile with bank records and statements.
 Preparation of monthly financial statements like trading A/C , P/L A/C ,Balance sheet,
commission statement etc.
 Preparation of payroll and payment of ESI ,PF ,WF.
