Richard Ward is a graduate student pursuing an M.S. in Rhetoric, Theory, and Culture at Michigan Technological University. He received his B.A. in Professional Writing from York College of Pennsylvania and an A.A. in Humanities from Harrisburg Area Community College. As a graduate teaching instructor, he teaches first-year composition courses at Michigan Tech focusing on writing about writing. He also coaches undergraduate and graduate students as a graduate coach for the university's Multiliteracies Center. Previously, he has held tutoring and teaching positions at Harrisburg Area Community College and served as an instructor in the U.S. Army.
