The 4th International RHINO Workshop agenda outlines events from March 7-12, 2010 in Guanajuato, Mexico. The workshop focused on identifying linkages between health system performance and RHIS (health management information systems) performance. Over the 4 days, participants engaged in plenary sessions on RHIS frameworks, small group work using assessment tools, field visits to local health facilities to evaluate RHIS, and developing action plans to improve RHIS and health systems in their respective countries. The agenda provided details on guest speakers, breakout sessions on specialized topics, and plans to disseminate lessons learned.
