Ray of Hope Association (RHA) is a non-profit NGO based in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It was established in 2011 and registered in 2012. RHA works to support socio-economic development and empower local communities in Gilgit-Baltistan through training programs, education initiatives, and youth engagement. Current activities include establishing a network of NGOs across Gilgit-Baltistan and implementing the Gilgit-Baltistan Youth Forum project to promote youth participation in environmental and development issues.

Ray of Hope Association (RHA) is a non government, not political, not for profit organization. It
was established in 22 Sep 2011. It was registered with the Government of Pakistan in
16july2012.
RHA is the provincial coordinator for GilgitBaltistan on behalf of HDSN, Pakistan.
Our NGOs members’ network in all GilgitBaltistan Region.

VISION STATEMENT:
To develop & support for socio-economic ,political & cultural sustainable development process by
participation of local communities & different organization network through their own natural & human
resource managment of mountaineous areas of Gilgit-Baltistan...!!!
Mission Statement
> To provide technical support & establish strong network of all NGOs in GilgitBaltistan.
>To make better socioeconomic ,political & cultural development .
> Gender empowerment & capacity building programs of local communities through their own natural
resources(human resource development programs) with the coordination of marginalized poor & gross root
level community base organizations
Main Objectives
1. To work for income generating programs for the community, through different training
programs.
2. To work & establish NGOs network in GilgitBaltistan & training them through capacity
building, skilled development programs for their local natural resources.
3. To provide Basic IT courses & Technical Educational facilities to poor communities.

Although this NGO is very fresh registered from the Govt of Pakistan in July2012. But we are now
Provincial Coordinator on behalf of Human development Society Network, Pakistan (HDSN).
Now we are working to establish all NGOs network in GilgitBaltistan under the supervision of this
network.
