Gordon Osborne has over 40 years of experience in real estate development, holding executive positions with national real estate companies. He has experience with various project types including urban mixed-use redevelopments, shopping center expansions and renovations, retail stores, land and hotel development, and more. He is licensed in real estate and securities and is an active member of industry organizations and his community.

1. PERSONAL INTRODUCTION
Gordon’s primary goal is to creat value for his client. Gordon Osborne began in
real estate in 1971 after graduating from San Diego State University. He has held
executive positions with national real estate development companies engaged in
the acquisition, development, renovation and expansion of institutional grade
properties throughout the United States. Career highlights include: directing the
retail development activities of Rivercenter, an urban mixed-use redevelopment
project in San Antonio TX,; planning and executing the expansion and renovation
of MissionValley Shopping Center, managing the planning, design and
entitlement phases of the First San Diego River Improvement Project in San
Diego's Mission Valley, and; overseeing the design and expansion of GE’s Simu-
Flight's flight training center at the DFW airport.
Other achievements include: development and leasing of a medical office building for his own portfolio;
co-founding Milestone Commercial Realty, a commercial real estate brokerage firm with offices in Cecil
County, MD, and Wilmington, DE, and establishing the R. Gordon Osborne Company, a project
management company specializing in retail shopping center expansion and renovation.
Gordon holds a real estate broker license in MD. He is licensed in NC. and has a Series 22 securities
license in MD, NC and CO. He has memberships in Delaware CIRC (Commercial-Industrial Realty
Council), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and Cecil County Chamber of Commerce.
Gordon is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the North East United Methodist Church and
provides consulting services to a number of non-profit organizations in Cecil and Harford Counties, in
Maryland.
