Joined SRF in May 2011 as Head of Internal Audit, subsequently, promoted to become the
Corporate Controller in January 2012 and in April 2013 was appointed as the CFO of their
Textile Manufacturing business constituting 5 segments with a turnover of INR 2000 crores.

Key Achievements as CFO of Textile Business in SRF LTD
 As member of the core team, set up a shared service centre in SRF for AP and Payroll
Management.
 Implemented Control Self-Assessment Tool in South African and Thailand business units
and scaled up Control Self Assurance by increasing its breadth of coverage in SRF India.
 Implemented Oracle R12 ERP software in India and overseas businesses of SRF (Financial
& OPM modules).
 Facilitated the process of imposition of Anti-dumping duty against imports of Nylon fabric
and Laminated Fabric into India.
