Sang Pemimpi is a continuation of the "Laskar pelangi".
The film tells about the ikal and his cousin, Arai, and his
friend, Jimbron, in adolescence, and tells the story of
teenagers who search for identity and sexuality at the age of
17 years. Ikal still misses his first love who have gone from
the Pacific, leaving only memories and a tin box bearing
the image of the Eiffel Tower. Arai, a Malay-style playboy,
falls in love with a classmate zakiah Nurmala which
apparently unrequited. Temporal, Jimbron dreamed to save
Lakshmi, a young girl who works in a factory grass jelly.

5. Interpretative recount:
In the movie Sang Pemimpi, Andrea Hirata told me about his life in Belitong.
in high school. The three main characters in this work are the Ikal, Arai and
Jimbron. Ikal none other than Andrea Hirata's own, while Arai is a distant
relative who was orphaned as a child. Arai called sacred hoop because the
family he is the last person who was still alive and he was appointed as a
child by the father of Ikal. Jimbron an Arai and Ikal friend who is obsessed
with horses and stutter when you are enthusiastic about something or when
nervous. All three passed the tale of friendship that exists from childhood
to their school in SMA manggar, the first high school who stood in the
eastern Pacific.
In the end, Jimbron have to part with ikal and Arai are going to study in
Jakarta. While in Jakarta, they go alone looking for work but eventually ikal
into a postal employee and Arai went to Borneo to work while in college.
ikal managed to finance his studies at the University of Indonesia to
become a Bachelor of Economics, while Arai studied biology in Kalimantan.
Independent living apart from parents with a background of very limited
economic conditions but have great ideals, an aspiration that when viewed
from the background of their lives, only a dream.

This movie is really good film. Examples of quality
films Indonesian writer can offer. Unlike the other
films, how andrea write dami scene to persuade the
audience to watch the scene further. The success of
Andrea invites us to live a teenager in Belitong, makes
us imagine that we are really there to watch this epic
tale. Story and plotting a beautiful story. The only
drawback in this movie that is not in sync with the
timing of his first film "Laskar Pelangi"

suitable for young people that are not easily give up to
achieve its goals. Many moral messages contained in
