Robin Greer owns an organic farm in Gore, New Zealand. He was motivated to start the farm after his father and father-in-law passed away from liver cancer, which he believed was linked to chemicals in conventionally grown food. Greer's farm does not use any chemicals or poisons, and he researched how to make cheese organically before beginning production. Greer Skyped with two classes to discuss his farm and answer questions, including how technology has helped him market his organic produce through his own website.

Today we watch Rural Delivery on the internet, on The rural delivery show there was
this guy called Robin Greer for Gore, He was on the show because he was telling
people about his organic farm.
What I thought that was interesting on the show.
He was talking about why he decided to run a organic farm. And he said it was because
his father and his wife’s father died of liver cancer. He thought that the cancer came on
because of the chemicals that are in our food. So he wanted to make cheese milk and
other food with no Chemicals in the food so it will be healthy. And his farm was organic
which means that he has no chemicals, poisons on his farm. So he had to learn how to
make cheese before he started making cheese, he said that he was doing a lot of
research, teaching him self how to make cheese.

Both class came into room 14 and we had Robin Greer Skype us and was telling us
about his farm, and we asked him questions like How has technology helped with
marketing of his product? His answer was it has made it easier to sell his produce, and
he has his own site. And there was other questions that he answer for us. And we got a
lot of information about his organic farm and other stuff.
