 Investigating customer complaints.
 Coordinating with Polymerization Department for smooth running of
direct spinning lines.
 Experience of running specialty yarns on Extruder lines e.g. Super Bright,
Bright, Dope Dyed POY, Micro filament yarn.
 Experience of running variety of yarns ( Black Dope dyed, Super Bright,
Bright, Color Dope dyed yarns, High Tenacity yarns, coarsedenier yarns
etc. on Zinser Draw winder (144 positions, 288 ends).
 ISO related activity.
 Preparation of Monthly Technical Report & Monthly Plant Performance
Report.
 Preparation of Daily Production Report& Monthly Production Report.
