The Role of the Arts in Development: A Case Study of Millheim, PA Aug 2015-April 2016
• Conducted an original research study that assessed the role of social capital and the arts in
the revitalization of Millheim, PA by creating a community profile and conducting key
informant interviews with over 15 Penns Valley businesses and community members.
• Analyzed findings into a 70-page document which has been published onto the Schreyer’s
Honors Thesis Archive (https://honors.libraries.psu.edu/catalog/29238)
