James Isaac Ball has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Berea College and experience working in bilingual roles. He has volunteered with his church and an LGBTQ organization. His skills include advanced Spanish proficiency, English-second-language certification, knowledge of Hispanic culture, and interpersonal skills from tutoring. Currently he works as a bilingual family advocate providing services to low-income families and translating documents. Previously he was a bilingual teacher's assistant and program manager for a Hispanic outreach project where he led meetings and community programs.
