Emma Chambless has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications engineering and technical support roles. She is currently a Major Incident Manager at Verizon Business, where she coordinates responses to major network incidents. Previously, she worked as a Telecommunications Network Engineer and Technician for Verizon Business, MCI WorldCom, and the United States Air Force. She has extensive experience troubleshooting voice and data circuits and networks. She is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an effort to continue her education.
