Q/A OBJECTIVES & KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR – KPI
►To ensure all quality control procedure in the factory to meet customer’s requirement.
►All incoming material should undergo standard fabric inspection procedure and must satis-
fy all performance tests as specified by customer.
►The principle involvement of early detecting defects, giving appreciable feedback and ul-
timate resulting in the correction of the problem.
►To maintain SOP such as mock up, shrinkage report, fabrics inspection report, trims & ac-
cessories inspection report, GSM, Ounce, continuity report, Shade continuity report, sealed
& singed pattern board, correct measurement sheetto control processes.
►To ensure all fabrics, trims & accessories, print, embroidery and appliqués’ placements are
accurate as per PDM, PPS and PPS comments.
►No surprising quality or measurement issues found at pre-final or final stage.
►Maintaining proper records, style file.
►Sending goods at buyer’s warehouse random inspection pass.
►Zero quality claim from customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
I have been performance on all bellows points during my job period :
 GIVE APPROVAL P.P. SAMPLE AS PER BUYER REQUIREMENTS AND CHECK STYLING AND REVIEW
TECHNICAL COMMENTS ABOUT SAFETY AND FITTING ISSUE.
 CHECKING SIZE SET SAMPLE FOR GIVE THE COMMENTS AND DECISION BEFORE BULK PRODUC-
TION.
 THEN ARRANGING PRE-PRODUCTION (PILOT RUN) MEETING WITH FACTORY CONCERNING PER-
SON BEFORE START PRODUCTION WITH THE COMMENTS AND PRODUCTION PLANNING
 ARRANGING FIRST PRODUCTION MEETING WITH FACTORY CONCERNING PERSONS FROM EARLI-
EST STAGE OF PRODUCTION AND LAYOUT THE GARMENTS.
 TO CHECK THE PATTERN OF ALL NEW STYLES BEFORE THE BULK CUTTING THROUGH TEST CUT-
TING.
 CAN BREAKDOWN THE ITEMS AS WELL AS GIVEN LAYOUT IN THE SEWING LINE FOR THE BETTER
PRODUCTIVITY WITH QUALITY.
 DOING IN LINE AS WELL AS PROCESS INSPECTION IN THE SEWING FLOOR DURING INITIAL STAGE.
 RESPONSIBLE FROM SAMPLE TO SHIPMENT INCLUDING ALL ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS JOB OWNER-
SHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM SATISFACTION GROWING IS THE MAIN PERSPECTIVE ON THE
PATH AHEAD.
 CONDUCT FINAL INSPECTION AFTER GOODS COMPLETE AS PER AQL SAMPLING PLAN AS WELL AS
BUYER REQUIREMENTS.
 START QA ACTIVITIES. DAILY INSPECTION ACTIVITIES CONTROL, FOLLOW UP, INSTANTLY FEED-
BACK , DAY END CLOSING INFORMATION , NECESSARY & URGENT INFORMATION SHARING WITH
SELF MANAGEMENT & WITH OVERSEAS MANAGERS / CUSTOMERS IF NECESSARY & BE PREPARED
FOR TOMORROW.
 GUIDING AND SUPPORTING THE FACTORIES IN ACHIEVING BETTER PRODUCTION AND QUALITY
WITH PROVIDING PIP AND CAP IF ANY ONGOING QUALITY ISSUE.
 MAKING ALL KINDS OF DECISION REGARDING QUALITY AND PRODUCTION. HAVING GOOD
KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PRODUCT SAFETY AS WELL AS COMPLIANCE.
 COMMUNICATION WITH SOURCING TEAM/ COORDINATOR FOR COLLECTION ORDER STATUS
WITH EXISTING VENDOR AND ANY NEW ENQUIRY OF ORDER.

 WEEKLY CRITICAL OPERATIONS / CUSTOMER HIGHLIGHTS PIP (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PLAN)
FIXING IN FACTORY, OVER VIEWING & SHARING NEED IMPROVEMENT AREA WITH FACTORY &
LATER FOLLOW UP BY OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
 Ensure Qualitysystemsare inplace at all stagesof manufacturingensuringanditisa
safe for factoryenvironmentinall factories.
 Efficiently&effectivelymonitoredentire productionprocessandtime linetomeetqual-
ityand on time delivery
