 Summary:
Initially it was difficult to check the performance of AC system of rolled out vehicle, hence it was
difficult or rather impossible to assure, whether the AC system is performing with its full efficiency
or not.
Hence the task was given to our team to develop such kind of diagnostic tool, which will give us
the AC system performance.
Our first task was to simulate the vehicle level faults in mobile AC system and define the logic
according to temperature and pressure parameters. Then we did the vehicle level tests on test
vehicle with healthy AC system, at different controlled ambient in climate control chamber to
finalize the temperature and pressure known as reference parameters.
From the logic and reference parameters source code was developed and we successfully run
the demonstration of Mobile AC Monitor Tool at end of production line.
 Seminar:
 Presented a seminar on “Torque Feedback On Steering Wheel Of Agricultural
Vehicle”
 Presented one state level technical paper on “Hybrid Vehicles.”
