• Joined the nation’s largest independent distributor of aftermarket heavy-duty truck and trailer parts
to lead the General Accounting department relocation from Houston to Dallas as part of the larger
headquarters relocation following the TPG acquisition.
• Manage a team of seven in production of timely, complete, and accurate accounting and reporting of
monthly financial results according to US GAAP.
• Capitalize on opportunities to improve processes and controls to support and enable growth. Of
particular focus were capex and capital requisitions, core banks, self-insured group and captive P&C,
freight, inventory, real estate, accounting for acquisitions, greenfields, and closures, and financial
analysis.

• Stepped into an Accounting Services Director-like role as the AMGH Shared Services concept became
better clarified and took on many Assistant Accounting Director responsibilities as well.

• Directed the monthly accounting services financial procedures including close, P&L review, balance
sheet analysis and month-end reporting for in excess of 100 selected general ledger accounts across

• Served as integral part of advance team and led acquisition integration including process
documentation, standardization, data migration, and staff adjustments for Accounts Payable, Payroll,
and Treasury for three AMGH subsidiaries.
• Oversaw project management in roll out of Workday Payroll simultaneous to go live of Workday
HCM and Absence, roll out of Concur across all AMGH companies, and the implementation of
Master Tax.
• Built 401(k) processes and procedures upon creation of AMGH 401(k) plan and integrated acquired
companies.
• Assisted with due diligence and Offering Memorandum supporting purchase of AMGH by Bain
Capital in October 2010 and continued with financials footnoting and 10Q preparation.
