decommissioning, redeployment, disk eradication, etc. Suppliers include (but not limited to); Oracle/Sun, IBM,

Contracts Manager of the IT Technology Contracts Department consisting of six Contract Managers/Negotiators.
Negotiated complex multi-million dollar enterprise capital and expense agreements with large corporations in
support of Countrywide’s Information Technology and Telecommunications (voice/data/wireless) Department’s
requirements (national and international). Responsible for total procurements in excess of $300 million annually
for telecom, data center computer equipment (workstations, servers, storage, tape libraries. etc.), outsourcing
(mainframes), software, professional services (SOW’s), maintenance (SLA’s), resellers, etc. Suppliers included:
IBM, Hewlett Packard, EMC, Unisys, Cisco, Hitachi, NetApp, Sun, Nortel, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Qwest, et c.
Also responsible for strategic team planning, strategic sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation, generation and
administration of major complex enterprise contractual agreements. Negotiated major cost savings averaging
over $15M annually. Earned fourteen “Excellence in Negotiating” Awards from Countrywide Corporate
Administration Department. Example: Annual Savings for 2007 = $35M. Trained and mentored Contract
Negotiators and Contract Managers. Developed and administered corporate policy and procedures and
department training.
