I. Order process and delivery
tracking
• Process customer order as per
standard order process,follow up the
delivery and AR issue.
• Coordinate with plant and delivery
center to delivery as schedule.
• Coordinate with related Warehouse
and forward to make sure cargo is
delivered on time with cost efficiently.
• Collect VAT invoice and provide the
related document to customer for
payment.
• Be first contact in case of emergency
or complain from customer.
Coordinate with relevant department
to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Last buy order/EOL item handle.
II. Inventory management
(VMI/NON-VMI)
• Control stock aging under 90 days via
comparing weekly customer’s FCST
with in stock or comparing reschedule
data with in stock.
• Decrease the potential slow moving
stock and high risk items, which reply
on the negotiation with customer,
stock resale or purchase return.
• For VMI customer, I need to reconcile
system inventory and 3PL WMS
inventory, and no gap is allowed. To
issue the usage for consumed cargo in
VMI W/H at the end of month.
III. Forecast handling
• Compare/analyze the difference
between actual shipment notice and
forecast data.
• For special items, optimize forecast
data according to machine
number/unit usage, then update in
ERP system.
IV. Other daily sales operation
support
• Quotation according to RFQ result and
maintain material master in ERP
system
• Maintain customer master data in ERP
system
• Make quarterly cost down and
maintain sales price in ERP system.
• Sample support for new project
• Support environmental survey and
provide ROHS/REACH report to
customer.

I. CS team management
• Set up CS backup system,
standardize backup
documents including PIC,
order type, shipment manner
and other special request from
customer.
• CS workload review and
allocated

• Prepare KPI report timely and
accurately, and drive the team
member to achieve the KPI

III. Process
improvement&Optimize
the process/workflow
for new account
