"Don't be afraid to make mistakes, stumble, and fall, because most of the time th greatest rewards come from
doing the things that scare you the most. Maybe you get everything you wish for, maybe you;'' get more than
you could have ever imaged. Who knows where life will take you, the road is long and in the end: the journey
is the destination."
I have been fortunate enough to immerse myself in two areas I am passionate about: television and
art. As a student at Drury University, I am majoring in both multimedia production and art history. I
realized I found a passion not only for making art, but for understanding it. When mass media
became an art form for me, it was easy for me to understand why I was so passionate about two very
different areas of study.
I love conducting research in both art and mass communication. I find that understanding a painting,
a sculpture, a movie, or a magazine ad only deepens my appreciation of it. As long as I am
continuously learning and examining the world around me, I am happy. I hope to find a career where
the journey truly is the destination.
Sincerely,
Ghada
