F-MRI image processing using Statistic Parametric Mapping March 2016 – Present
Statistic Parametric Mapping software is used to map F-MRI, SPECT, PET images. Project
involved learning of SPM software, extracting images using the software & reconstructing the
extracted F-MRI images
MATLAB Project – University of Texas at Arlington November – December 2015
Created MATLAB script that loads MRI DICOM files. Developed MONTAGE view, with the image
slices in an anatomically organized order. Segmented the brain tissue, eliminated skull and scalp,
bifurcated normal and damaged tissue.
Wireless ECG Signal Transmission using ZigBee June 2014 – October 2015
Developed an ECG Instrumentation System which acquired the ECG signal using 3 lead
configuration based on Einthoven Triangle and the same signal was transmitted using ZigBee
