This role entails maintaining and creating Databases to assure timely testing for the
Quality Assurance team for Foreclosure. Working with SDA to obtain correct populations to test.
Onboarding tests into INDIGO for testing, producing Prelim results for the line of business to
review for rebuttals, and building Final Reporting of testing results to supply to management and
line of business.

Quality Assurance Analyst II
This role entailed auditing/verifying the Service members Civil Relief Act Certificates
where done and uploaded correctly and within the scope of the checkpoint. It has six checkpoints
that are required in the "life cycle" of a Foreclosure. In this role I've taken on building the Audit
Forums as they come such as Document Executions Audits and various others. I've built 40+ of
these Audits within INDIGO system. I've also been working on building DAO collections
through Access to obtain all the data that the Forums have produced to date.

Temporary Associate
Started with working the Foreclosure Holds Team, we worked the loans within
Foreclosures on hold for any reason. I used LPS Desktop, CPI/MSP, Vendorscape, and various
other sources to verify the integrity of the hold(s) on the loans. I produced the reports that gave
the totals of aged holds, holds within scope, loans that rolled off, and illogical holds on a weekly
basis.
