Project Overview This is an application that helps in Electronic Data Transfer daily for the billing done
on the claim records. Once the claims of an injured worker are being billed for the
services availed, text files are being generated that contains the billing information
and billing data is uploaded on to the amerisys ftp server on daily basis. It also

3. downloads the claim files from the amerisys ftp for various injured worker. It also
processes the response files that are the response of the billing made.
It has Microsoft report to view the reports generated for the data transfer taken
place on a particular date.
Data is uploaded by the scheduler (window service) to the ftp at predefined time.
Automatic mail is being sent when upload and download of files is successfully done
Responsibilities: Me and my team was primarily responsible for the feasibility determination of
Functional arising from business requirements, analysis and complexity
determination of Data Flow Diagram, effort estimation for the developments, Code
Reviews etc. As a team we were responsible for the timely creation of high quality

worker from its insurance (Payors).ProCare provide the services for
transportation and languages. In the United States ProCare provide the
services to the injured workers whom have the workers compensation claim.
The services are subcontracted to a group of authorized vendors (Providers)
that ProCare has agreement with. The services are then billed to insurance
plans that cover the injured workers. ProCare act as a broker between injured
worker and service providers. A service provider is the Company hired by
