 Maintained 100% accountability and serviceability of a 4 man team’s weapons and equipment
during a 9 month deployment in Afghanistan worth in excess of $1.2M.
 Retained 100% accountability over a 10 month period for an ICV, and equipment vital to mission
readiness valued at $2.5M.
 Successfully managed the transition between 12 owners of 15 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected
vehicles with zero equipment lost over 9 months worth more than $45k each.

 Selected over 4 peers to Provide safe transport for over 100k ballots for the first presidential
election in Afghanistan.
Leadership
 Successfully controlled 4 to 10 man teams on more than 250 missions in stressfulever-changing
combat environment.
 Conducted over 10 mounted patrols as a vehicle commander with the responsibility of
navigations for a 5 vehicle convoy to a desired destination resulting in overall successful
missions.
 Developed Tactical standard operating procedures on dismounting the ICV while under fire,
allowing more than 30 personal to be recognized as the top team in a situation training exercise.
 Implemented a vigorous remedial physical fitness program for 3 solders that did not meet the
Army standards of 60%; resulting in all soldiers meeting Army standards within 30 days.
