Project: DCSS-FUND RECONCILIATION SYSTEM (FRS)
Responsible for the design and development of the department’s ASP.NET Fund
Reconciliation System reconciling over $2 billion in child support collections processed
through the California Child Support Automated System (CCSAS), an $800+ Million
automation development project. The objective of the FRS project is to design and develop
an automated solution to reconcile the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) and IBM’s Child
Support Enforcement (CSE) subsystems of the CCSAS project.

Project: DCSS- CASH PAYMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CPM)
Responsible for the maintenance of the ASP.Net Cash Payment Management system.
The system is a complex cash receipt and reconciling system that allows county offices
across the entire state of California to accept, track and reconcile cash payments for child
support payments. The system also creates county specific ACH files, submits those files
to the corresponding county financial institutions and the state’s disbursement unit financial
institution.

Enforcement data, measure the child support program’s performance, comparing the
current performance to the performance in prior periods. CADS provides the means to
review the Child Support Program’s ability to meet federal and state performance
standards.

Developed the Non-Sufficient Fund Tracking system for the CCSAS project in three
months. Project required communication with all affected parties from different worksites,
analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The system is currently
operational and in the maintenance phase. The NSF Tracking system substitutes missing
functionality currently being developed for CCSAS by IBM.
