Main idea of the text

Summary of the text in a logical manner

Direct answer to the question
Give the full direct answer to the question without
contractions or substitutions (WRONG: Yes, I agree with the

Conclusion

SAMPLE RESPONSE PARAGRAPH
The text talks about the effects that money can have on a team’s success. The author
argues that clubs with lots of money have an unfair advantage in competitions. Manchester
united is presented as an example of how money brings a team power, as well as Chelsea,
another team which became very successful after being bought by a very rich person.
Sports fans also think like the writer, they believe that wealthy teams have an advantage
because of money, and that this is not fair. There are some possibile solutions, but it’s not
easy to fix this problem. Everyone wants a fair game, so the search for methods to make
sports fair continues.
I definitely believe that money gives teams an unfair advantage.
As the text suggests, teams that are very rich are definitlely very successful. Manchester United and
Real Madrid, for example, are very wealthy teams, so they have the ability to pay their players more
money. This way, they are able to have the best players in their teams, so they win more games.
Chelsea is yet another example of this, when Abramovich bought this club, they became one of the best
teams in the world. When teams are rich, they become even richer by selling tickets at higher prices, or
getting sponsored by companies who want their names to be on famous players’ uniforms, so other
teams have an even less chance of catching up with these clubs. We can see similar examples in
Turkey, teams like Galatasaray, Fenerbahce and Besiktas are famous football clubs, and because they
have more money than the other teams, they have the best players, and win the championships every
year in Turkey.
No matter which country it is, sports fans love to watch an exciting game with great players challenging
each other, but we must try hard to keep games fair, because winning does not feel good for anyone if it
is not deserved.

Manchester united is presented as an example of how money brings a team power, as well as Chelsea, another team which became very successful after being bought by a very rich person. Sports fans also think like the writer, they believe that wealthy teams have an advantage because of money, and that this is not fair. There are some possibile solutions, but it’s not easy to fix this problem. Everyone wants a fair game, so the search for methods to make sports fair continues. I definitely believe that money gives teams an unfair advantage. As the text suggests, teams that are very rich are definitlely very successful. Manchester United and Real Madrid, for example, are very wealthy teams, so they have the ability to pay their players more money. This way, they are able to have the best players in their teams, so they win more games. Chelsea is yet another example of this, when Abramovich bought this club, they became one of the best teams in the world. When teams are rich, they become even richer by selling tickets at higher prices, or getting sponsored by companies who want their names to be on famous players’ uniforms, so other teams have an even less chance of catching up with these clubs. We can see similar examples in Turkey, teams like Galatasaray, Fenerbahce and Besiktas are famous football clubs, and because they have more money than the other teams, they have the best players, and win the championships every year in Turkey. No matter which country it is, sports fans love to watch an exciting game with great players challenging each other, but we must try hard to keep games fair, because winning does not feel good for anyone if it is not deserved.
