This could cause flooding of rivers, creeks, washes and flash flooding in some areas. Strong winds of 30-40 mph with higher gusts are also expected starting Wednesday night through Friday morning. A high wind watch and flash flood watch have been issued for several counties. People are advised to monitor forecasts and warnings and anticipate transportation problems due to flooding.
