This gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist is known for its ability to increase the natural production of

production of FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone), via the anterior pituitary gland.
FSH and LH play prominent roles in the regulation of sexual reproduction processes. In particular, higher levels of
LH will spark the production of more testosterone hormone. FSH will tend to trigger higher sperm count in males.

Some bodybuilders who have used anabolic steroids over the long term find that their testosterone levels plummet.
This unwanted side effect leaves them in a hypogondal state, which necessitates dependence on hormone
replacement therapy. Without hormone replacement therapy (HRT for short), bodybuilders who are hypogondal
