1) In 2014, the Global Talent Students department of AIESEC Navi Mumbai struggled, completing only 3 experiences and receiving criticism for lack of impact. 2) In 2015, the department focused on learning from past failures and growing exponentially. They increased matches and realizations by 266% and 300% respectively from 2014 levels. 3) Key accomplishments included partnerships with 2 external organizations, 2 impactful events, and profit of 225,000 rupees with no investment. The department improved processes and delivered greater value to stakeholders while building a supportive culture among members.

2. Opening Note
In 2014, AIESEC Navi Mumbai-OGIP department completed with 3
experiences which is quite evident that we did not do much. It was really
sad that we failed in 2014 & got a lot of criticism. But that year gave a lot
of learning's & critical situations where we knew that no matter how bad
the situation is we can still take the pressure.
Failing is all about learning to do things in a right manner and that is was
2015 has been all about. We failed in 2014 but 2015 was about learning
from those failures and growing exponentially.
We wanted to create an impact where we are relevant in the city & we
change mindsets of people of Navi Mumbai.
