1.We are enclosing herewith the above statement indicating
therein, the value of credit note to be issued in your
favour against warranty claims accepted by us.
2.Our accounts deprtment will issue the credit note for
the amount shown as grand total of "Total Val".
3.We are also sending herewith the statement indicating
therein, the details of rejected claim with reasons.
4.You are requested to take corrective action and maintain
descipline in future to minimise rejections of claims.
5.You are also requested to update records in respect of
warranty claims immediately on receipt of this statement.
6.Excise value has been calculated only for claims batches
starting from 01st June 2006. It is not calculated against
claims for warranty labour under item code 3700LABR and claims
for other charges under item code 3700CHRG as per rules.
7.Total Value indicated in this Report is not Full and Final
Amount disbursed to your Dealership. Credit Note value may
change due to Less amount reimbursed for Fuel Adulteration
Claims.
