9. An inquest which opened in Rockhampton will
determine whether the landlord or a real estate agency -
who allegedly neglected to act on repair requests for the
deck - may have been at fault in the infant's death.
But it will also examine what role tenants should play in
the upkeep and maintenance of rental properties and
whether the Diefenbachs had adequately portrayed there
were problems with the property's front veranda .

10. The couple's solicitor Gino Andrieri said the inquest
would examine all of the facts surrounding Isabella's
death, including a history of repairs and
maintenance of the property rented by the
Diefenbachs.
SAM -Blame the landlord? In my experience,
landlords often live interstate and rely on the agents
to inspect the properties and respond to any requests
for repairs. The truth will come out. Very sad story.

 Property manager doesn‟t open attachment as she assumes it is a
further copy of quote for $900 and landscaper is merely following
up
 She emails landscaper, advising “please proceed with quote”

 Property manager queries invoice
