The London Assembly Regeneration Committee visited Tottenham to examine how the Mayor's Regeneration Fund is being used to regenerate the community after 2011 civil disturbances. The Committee met with Councillor Alan Strickland and business owners at the 639 Enterprise Centre to discuss how the funding will financially rebuild the town and support local industries and jobs through regeneration projects. Assembly Members also viewed regeneration plans for areas like Love Lane near White Hart Lane station and upgrades to Tottenham Hale Station.

2. London Assembly Regeneration Committee visited areas in Tottenham
to examine how the Mayor’s Regeneration Fund (MRF) is being used
to regenerate the community after the civil disturbances in 2011.
The Committee met with Councillor Alan Strickland and business
owners based in 639 Enterprise Centre to discuss what difference the
funding will make in rebuilding the town financially but also how
regeneration projects are growing local industries and offering
employment opportunities.
