Roger put together a large configuration based on support matrix and for the first time performed scalability/performance testing of
WSAPI in the Liverpool release. His testing uncovered critical and complex interoperability issues that would have been difficult for
the development team to discover, and was highly valued by the WSAPI development team. His actions resulted in improving the
quality of WSAPI which is strategic for cloud services applications. He put in many long hours during the week and weekends to
accomplish this objective. His actions resulted in improving the quality of WSAPI which is strategic for cloud services applications. per
the Dev Manager, "Roger made a difference in the later stages of WSAPI qualification for Liverpool – particularly with respect to
session management where he had to cover complex test cases involving node failover, larger systems etc. He did uncover some
nasty defects that would have hurt in the field."
Your Leading the Way cash award will be added to an upcoming paycheck. In countries with monthly pay cycles, the award will
appear within two pay periods. In countries with semi-monthly or weekly payment cycles, the award will appear within three pay
